The website operator is responsible for the processing of personal data in accordance with Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, (GDPR).
The Seller does not provide personal data to a third party, except for the delivery company, which arranges the transport of the Goods to the customer, or to state authorities in the event of an inspection. Some information is also processed by our employees as accountants or marketing consultants in the performance of legal obligations, so we keep Invoices for 10 years, accounting documents for 5 years, as required by law. The Seller will use the Buyer’s personal data only in fulfilling its obligations to the Buyer, namely when issuing the Purchase Agreement, issuing an invoice, communication with the Buyer and delivery of the ordered Goods to the Buyer.

The seller collects personal data to the following extent:

1. Identification data: Name and Surname that we need to process your orders and valid conclusion of Contracts. In the case of a legal entity, also the Company Name.
2. Address data: Street, descriptive number, postal code, city and state due to correct delivery of the Goods to the Buyer.
3. Contact details: Phone number and e-mail so that we can contact you about the status of your order, or any changes in your order.
4. Quantity and type of Goods: After ordering from us, we archive information about the quantity and type of purchased goods and information about the product, so that we can help you with a possible complaint.

The buyer can, by checking the appropriate box before sending the order, express his consent in accordance with Art. § 11 par. 1 of the Act, that the Seller stores and processes the above-mentioned data of the Buyer for cases of sending information, news, discounts and promotions.
The Buyer may at any time request the Seller to delete personal data in writing and the Seller is obliged to delete them immediately.
The website www.crazygood.sk reserves the right to withdraw from the security guarantee in the event of a server attack by an unknown perpetrator (hacker).

Final provisions

In the event of a change in the terms and conditions, the terms and conditions that were in force on the date of purchase are valid.
The Buyer declares that he has read these terms and conditions before completing the order and that he fully agrees with them.
